Trakm8 grows European presence with KomTeknik partnership
The new contract, which has recently been formalised, will see KomTeknik join forces with Trakm8 as its exciting new channel partner, launching Trakm8’s range of telematics and software solutions to a brand-new market place.
The initial agreement will see Trakm8 supply two of its solutions to KomTeknik for distribution, with more to follow in the very near future. The first two solutions to be made available will be the Connect 320, Trakm8’s premier commercial and fleet management tool, and RH600, its unique telematics camera offering.
Founded in 2019, KomTeknik specialises in providing integrated solutions, designed to strengthen efficiency, to businesses across Sweden.
As in the UK, the use of telematics software is growing quickly in Sweden, a trend Patrick Berg, who founded KomTeknik alongside Fredrik Håkansson, was keen to be involved with. Patrick explains: “When we first set up KomTeknik last year, we set out to meet demand from Swedish fleet managers for a more comprehensive telematics technology offering. Having looked at what was already available on the market, we quickly realised Trakm8 would be the best fit for both our customers needs, and our ambitious growth plans.

Trakm8’s new association with KomTeknik is the latest in a series of exciting European expansions for Trakm8, which also includes a widening of its Partner Programme; a framework of resellers and trusted partners, designed to create long-term growth potential, develop new business and build a network of trusted Trakm8 re-sellers around Europe.
