WALLIX (Euronext ALLIX), European cybersecurity software vendor and expert in privileged access management (PAM), today announced its continued acceleration in the UK market. The company’s success has been driven by a number of new strategic partners and customers helping to advance its global footprint. With over 170 partners and 1,100 customers globally, WALLIX supports organisations across both the public and private sector. Celebrating its continued success WALLIX has also announced the opening of its first London office, which further cements its position as a major European player.

Adding to the company’s continued acceleration, the KuppingerCole 2020 Leadership Compass for Privileged Access Management report has named WALLIX as an ‘overall leader’. WALLIX is also rated as a “Big One” and “Market Champion”, as well as a recognised leader in all categories including product, innovation, market and technology. The KuppingerCole Compass describes Privileged Access Management (PAM) as one of the most important areas of risk management and security in any organisation.

Mark de Simone, VP and MD, UK and Nordics, MEA, Italy, India and Asia at WALLIX said,We are thrilled with our continued business growth and the opening of our London office, which further highlights our European roots. Many customers and partners are looking to work with local cyber security experts, and we are uniquely positioned to offer this service. WALLIX has also expanded its partner programme, celebrating the success of its highest performing partners, and offering key training, enablement and support. With a turnover growth of 35% in the first half of 2019 and more than 221 global customers won, WALLIX is on course to achieve its target annual turnover of more than €50 million. WALLIX has also announced technology innovations to meet customer demand including the launch of its services platform WALLIX Trustelem, to unify, simplify and control employee access to corporate applications. WALLIX BestSafe was also recently announced, providing customers with an end point privileged management solution, to protect user workstations and application servers against growing cyber threats such as ransomware.

Mukesh Gupta, Chief Executive & Founder at e92plus added, “We are committed to providing our partners with the most advanced and comprehensive cybersecurity solutions available in the industry. Many organisations are looking for an easy to deploy solution, which can integrate seamlessly into their environment, while partners are always looking for innovative solutions to take to their customers. WALLIX’s product portfolio is a perfect fit for both and will allow us to continue to support customers with their evolving security needs. We are delighted to be working in partnership with WALLIX.”

Accelerating the delivering of digital innovation and transformation is paramount at a time when a global pandemic has made organisations even more vulnerable to security breaches and risks. Utilising a certified PAM solution that is quick and simple to install can improve security and compliance – reducing business loss and financial penalties. WALLIX has a track record of working with both small and large enterprises across many industries including government, legal, finance, manufacturing and critical infrastructures like healthcare, utilities and transport.

Michael Massingham, IT Manager at Systech International added, “We were looking for a solution which could simplify and secure access to our infrastructure for our users and third-party suppliers. We chose the WALLIX Bastion as it was easy to use and manage, as well as meeting all our security requirements.”
