WALLIX strengthens its position in the UK by signing an agreement with Tech Data, the global leader in IT distribution

WALLIX, (Euronext ALLIX), a European cybersecurity software publisher and expert in access and identity security, has today announced its partnership with leading global distributor and solutions aggregator for the IT ecosystem, Tech Data, a TD SYNNEX (NYSE: SNX) company. This new partnership underpins WALLIX’s continued growth across the UK and reflects the strengthening of the company’s channel strategy worldwide. In past 12 months, WALLIX has continued to gain momentum and has signed major agreements with IT distribution leaders across the globe, including Arrow in the United States, Tech Data in Germany, Spain, and now Tech Data in the UK.

The new partnership with Tech Data will increase the distribution of WALLIX solutions in the UK and will offer customers expertise in access and identity security. The UK is a key region for WALLIX, and because of its reseller and integrator partner network, the company is well established in the country. WALLIX supports companies in particularly sensitive sectors such as the finance industry, telecoms, automotive, transport, energy, local authorities, retail and the health sector, including NHS Birmingham.

Tech Data, as a distributor, works with more than 6,500 resellers and integrators to provide solutions to thousands of businesses throughout the region. This partnership will also allow WALLIX to strengthen its position in key sectors including industry, healthcare, and critical service operators such as transport, telecoms, energy, water, and financial services – which were all particularly affected by cyberattacks during the pandemic. WALLIX will strengthen its position In the UK market by leveraging Tech Data’s reseller and integrator network, particularly operating technology (OT) specialists and managed security services providers (MSSPs).
