Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Internet of Things (IoT)Orderfox Expands Gieni AI: Improved CRM and Chat Features for Data-Driven Decisions

Orderfox has rolled out a comprehensive update to its AI-supported analytics platform, Gieni AI. Key new features include optimised chatbot technology with enhanced intent recognition and faster, more precise responses, new CRM functions with extended filter and table views for immediate performance analysis. These are complemented by improved data visualisations, an expanded knowledge base and technical advancements in the areas of retrieval and ranking. Gieni AI enables companies to analyse complex market and customer data even more efficiently.
Many companies face the challenge of extracting meaningful insights from an ever-growing volume of market and customer data. Traditional tools often reach their limits – they tend to be too rigid, too slow, and lack contextual understanding. This is precisely where Gieni AI steps in: the platform leverages artificial intelligence to analyse complex datasets quickly, accurately and intuitively – enabling more efficient data-driven decision-making in day-to-day business operations.
With the latest update, Gieni AI expands its functionality and offers users in the CRM Booster greater control and flexibility in analysing and managing customer data. The new filtering and navigation options enable targeted access to relevant information by allowing users to search company data based on various criteria – from technologies used and key materials in production processes to detailed product information and specific industry requirements. The new table view provides a structured overview and supports well-informed decision-making processes.
Chatbot enhancements – faster, more accurate and smarter
Gieni AI’s chatbot technology has been further optimised, enabling the AI agent to better recognise vague or ambiguous queries and deliver more precise responses. With the introduction of the new Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technology, real-time information from databases or documents is now integrated directly into the response generation process. The system combines Gieni’s vector and relational knowledge bases with millions of web-crawled data points to analyse diverse data types.
Responses are additionally supported by helpful references. Moreover, Gieni’s continuously expanding resources – such as sample use cases and user manuals – enhance the user experience by providing context-specific insights.
Expanded knowledge base and technical improvements
The update includes an expanded knowledge base and improved training algorithms that enable Gieni AI to better analyse market and industry data and derive informed, precise responses. To keep this knowledge base continuously up to date, thousands of new data sources are aggregated daily, capturing additional company information and adding new firms. The training data is curated more specifically to enable even more informed and context-aware responses.
Furthermore, advancements in Dense Retrieval technology and Hybrid Ranking ensure more reliable and intelligent answers. Dense Retrieval uses machine learning techniques to perform semantic queries on dense vectors, which experience virtually no information loss compared to the source documents. Hybrid Ranking ensures that retrieved data is semantically ranked according to user intent, so the most relevant information for a specific query is displayed first.
These technological advancements and continuous fine-tuning improve Gieni AI’s ability to provide faster and more precise market analysis, optimally supporting companies in their decision-making.
“With this update, we are setting an important milestone in the further development of Gieni AI,” says Timur Göreci, CRO at Orderfox. “Our customers receive more powerful tools for analysing market and customer data and can therefore act faster, more data-driven and more proactively. This strengthens our role as a technology partner for smarter and more competitive business processes.”
