Personnel Today Catches the Golden Bees Buzz

Programmatic recruitment technology leader Golden Bees today announced that Personnel Today – a leading voice in UK HR and recruitment – has chosen Golden Bees as its supplier of choice for programmatic and aggregated recruitment technology.

The Personnel Today job board will use Golden Bees programmatic technology to improve performance and realise greater cost-effectiveness, with lower cost per application and increased click-throughs on paid recruitment advertising.

Following a rapid implementation, Golden Bees’ programmatic technology will also help enable better tracking and faster iterations of improvement as well as helping to enable a re-targeting strategy.

“As a key title in the recruitment industry, we need to ensure we explore the latest technology for online job searching,” explained Maja Lindholm, head of marketing for Personnel Today. “Golden Bees will enable us to deliver a far more cost-effective service to those businesses using our platform to find recruitment excellence amidst an incredibly tough labour market.”

Despite the ongoing challenges in the labour market, recent research from Golden Bees has shown that two fifths (38%) of the working population have or are considering a career change. For younger workers (aged 18-34) this likelihood to move soars to 52%.*

“Innovative recruitment strategies are key to ensuring businesses can grow in the current, turbulent climate. Programmatic approaches are a great example, and this deal demonstrates the confidence that businesses now have in programmatic technologies,” said Ravi Joshi, head of the UK for Golden Bees.  “Our platform opens up a lot of options for Personnel Today – not only because of better service but also new services such as dynamic job advertisements in the future, and these will help keep the brand at the forefront of the UK recruitment industry.”
