UCaaS provider to attend Dublin Tech Summit

Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) provider, Ringover, will exhibit at Dublin Tech Summit (DTS), taking place at RDS, Dublin, on May 31 and June 1, 2023. At stand A7, Ringover will showcase its UCaaS platform, newly launched AI tool and discuss how cloud calling technology can eliminate business comms challenges.

Dublin Tech Summit attracts a community of over 8,000 visitors from across 60 countries to engage in a two-day conference that explores trends and diversity in tech. Since its launch in 2017, DTS has become a globally recognised tech conference, while Dublin has grown to become the EMEA base for some of the largest global tech businesses.

At the show, Ringover will demonstrate its UCaaS platform, as well as two new automation tools the company launched in 2023. This includes Cadence, a module that enables sales representatives to carry out multi-channel prospecting by automating and creating customisable workflows for different channels, which can be adapted to each prospect type to help them convert more sales. The second tool being showcased is Empower, a conversational AI tool that analyses conversations and provide insights that help businesses sell more effectively and support teams to improve the customer experience.

Present at the show from Ringover is Ross Slogrove, UK and Ireland country manager for Ringover, as well as sales representatives, who will engage with visitors of the stand to discuss how its UCaaS platform can solve business comms challenges.

“Technology is at the forefront of how every business now operates,” said Ross Slogrove, UK and Ireland country manager at Ringover. “And the tech used within business phone systems shouldn’t be underestimated. At the summit, we’ll demonstrate how an all-in-one UCaaS platform enables businesses to work smarter, not harder.

“Ringover’s mission aligns with many of this year’s themes including future workforce, digital and business transformation and enterprise software solutions,” continued Slogrove. “It’s widely acknowledged that, within the next five years, AI will be at the heart of most businesses’ tool kit, and Ringover remains ahead of the curve by equipping our customers with the capabilities of transformative AI technology. In fact, our dedicated AI team has spent over two years developing proprietary technologies for Empower that can meet the challenges of companies in terms of prospecting and customer relations.

Ireland is fast becoming one of the most recognised tech hubs of Europe, with the likes of Indeed and HubSpot setting up headquarters in the country. This makes DTS the perfect place to showcase our solution and establish ourselves in the Irish market.”
