Workspace 365 launches “Search .Simplified” – one search, every app

Adaptive digital workplace platform, Workspace 365  has launched Search .Simplified, a breakthrough feature that lets employees search across all their business apps and data sources with a single query – directly from their digital workplace.

The launch comes in response to Workspace 365’s research, which revealed:

• 49% of employees want all their tools, apps, and documents in one central location, without switching systems.
• 44% say fewer logins or systems would make their workplace more productive.
• 32% of hybrid workers say juggling multiple tools is their top challenge.
• 59% of employees – and 65% in the largest organisations – believe employers should focus on simplifying the digital workplace to improve productivity.

“Our research painted a clear picture – employees are losing time, focus and engagement because information is fragmented across multiple systems,” explained  Erik Nicolai, CEO and co-founder of Workspace 365. “Search .Simplified aims to address that by bringing every source of information and connected app – from emails and documents, to tickets and tasks – into one intelligent search bar, and making the right information available in seconds.”

Powered by the Workspace 365 Integration Builder, organisations can now connect all business applications, legacy systems or modern SaaS platforms, using APIs, with no development required – if an app holds important data and allows it, Workspace 365 will connect it.

To further support this, Workspace 365 is evolving into an Ecosystem, bringing all the tools and information employees need together in one place, meaning firms are not just linking apps, they are connecting experiences that help their people stay focused.
